Who We Are

Established in 2020, we are committed to transforming Kerala’s approach to road safety, trauma care, and emergency response preparedness. Our focus is simple yet powerful — to train, empower, and equip every citizen with life-saving skills that make a difference when seconds matter most.​

At the helm of our mission is Shri R. Sharat Chandran, President of Track MVD and Joint Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Kunnathur. With deep experience in transport safety and public service, his leadership bridges institutional insight with grassroots impact — making our initiatives both strategic and deeply connected to the community.

Through expert-led training programs, awareness campaigns, and collaborations with institutions across Kerala, we are building a network of responders, volunteers, and responsible citizens — ready to act when it counts.

Through this collaboration, we offer advanced driver training programs that promote responsible, skilled, and safety-conscious driving.

Our Mission To build a safer, more responsive community by empowering individuals with the skills and confidence to respond effectively during road emergencies, while also nurturing a culture of responsible driving practices through IDTR-certified training.

A public that acts swiftly and effectively during emergencies. Through education, training, and empowerment, we aim to significantly reduce road accidents and fatalities in Kerala and beyond.

What We Do

Trauma Care Training We organize regular trauma first aid workshops aimed at: Students Motorists Volunteers General public Participants are taught life-saving skills such as basic life support (BLS), bleeding control, accident scene management, CPR, and emergency evacuation procedures — using hands-on, simulation-based methods.

Emergency Response Preparedness We train citizens to become first responders who can confidently manage road emergencies. Our programs ensure participants are ready to assist before professional medical services arrive, thereby saving crucial minutes and lives.

Road Safety Awareness Campaigns Public outreach is at the heart of our mission. We host awareness drives, road shows, safety talks, and educational events that promote responsible road usage among drivers, pedestrians, and schoolchildren.

IDTR Driver Training Programs In collaboration with the Institute of Driver Training and Research (IDTR), Track MVD brings advanced driver training to Kollam District. Our professional programs cover: Defensive driving techniques Road behavior management Eco-friendly driving practices Heavy and light motor vehicle training Refresher courses for professional drivers IDTR-certified training ensures that drivers trained under Track MVD demonstrate higher standards of road discipline, technical knowledge, and safe driving habits.

Why We Matter

Accidents can happen in an instant — but how we respond makes all the difference.

Studies reveal that timely trauma care within the first “golden hour” can dramatically improve survival rates. However, fear, confusion, and lack of knowledge often prevent bystanders from acting.
Track MVD is changing that narrative by training citizens to become confident first responders.

Likewise, driver behavior is a major contributor to road accidents. By promoting IDTR-level professional driver training, we are cultivating a new generation of drivers who prioritize safety over speed, patience over recklessness, and responsibility over negligence.
